    GIGALIGHT’s 2-channel 12G-SDI optical extender supports a transmission rate ranging from 125Mbps to 11.88Gbps, which can realize the bidirectional transmission of up to 20km of 20km of 2-channel 12G-SDI video signals (the transmission of the two SDI signals is carried out independently), and is backward compatible with MADI, DVB-ASI, SD-SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI and 6G-SDI standards. With GIGALIGHT’s 3G/6G/12G-SDI optical module, one to two SDI signal channels can be expanded for customers.

    Description

    • Input data rate  when SD-SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI, 12G-SDI is detected
    • Automatically switch rates to 125Mbps, 270Mbps, 1.48Gbps, 3Gbps, 6Gbps and 12Gbps
    • Both automatic and manual data rates can be selected
    • The maximum transmission distance of 3G-SDI can reach 80km, and the maximum transmission distance of 12G-SDI can reach 20km
    • Supports SMPTE ST 2082-1, ST 2081-1, ST 424, ST 292, ST 259, DVB-ASI and MADI
    • The transmitter has a built-in coaxial cable equalizer
